Ruff's Burger Maxvorstadt in Munich

High quality, but unfortunately something is sometimes lost during delivery. Better to pick it up yourself! Crispy fries, varied and creative types of burger.

As a Lieferando driver, I always have to wait around 20 minutes at the burger shop, mostly outside in the cold!

Am very disappointed! Rough meat! And great! the staff had no mask in the kitchen, outside or in the shop!

Just ordered through Lieferando, delivery came very quickly so far! Unfortunately, the burgers feel lukewarm, the fries are fried in the old fat and have nothing to do with Belgian fries. I am not used to the quality of Ruffs Burger.

In principle, the unfrozen meat is very juicy. Better than Hans im Glück or his group. Unfortunately, the patty has become so thin and shrunk over the years that the McDonald’s savings plan is now on the tray. Probably washed too hot in the gastro oven. A luscious Butcher Heritage Hipster Burger is no longer. A matter of opinion? Meat is smaller than bread. Size: BicMac ??‍♂️ Last time we got a burger that was more of a semicircle than a disk. Was replaced on complaint. Thanks again! About the service: Waited 36 minutes for a burger, with 3 guests. If there is no system catering, then at least no sham packs please :-) Some guests had to leave their details, we weren't among the lucky ones. Let's let that affect us.

Maybe a bit more expensive than you would expect for a burger, but freshly prepared with fresh ingredients and simply unbelievably good burgers and therefore worth the little extra price!

Great burger shop. High quality burgers that are delicious. In addition to the various burger creations, there is a selection of different fries and salads. Ribs and chicken wings are also available but unfortunately I didn't try them. Extremely short waiting times which is really great. Furniture is nice too. The drinks item can be expanded. That you might use glasses instead of drinking from the bottle. Otherwise everything was great, I can really recommend it.

Get a delicious and fresh burger to take away quickly. The corona measures were also implemented well.

Ruff’s is the best burger in town (and beyond). Especially like the Caesar burger.

High quality ingredients, easily one of the best burgers + fries combo I've ever had.

Beef burger was fine, the veggie one really disappointing. The eating conditions were not very pandemic friendly: while the small tables outside were adequately spaced out, plenty of people passed by or were waiting outside. Not very cosy as a sit-down place, better suited for pick-up during these times. EDIT: Adjusted rating and review after the response. About the veggie burger, the patty wasn't that good: the vegetables inside were in fairly big pieces, and some of them were still a bit tough, such as the carrot. It felt like a bag of frozen vegetables clumsily made into a burger.

The burgers were great, fastly prepared, tasty and fresh. The place is small, but has warmth and it's cosy. Prices are quite good, relatively cheap. Highly recommended!

4.7 would be the correct rating and the only knock is the large amount of bread. Meat is cooked to perfection and I had the blu cheese Burger and it was fantastic. Big but easy to eat and great Taste. Fries were good as well!

Great burgers at a reasonable price for Munich. Has vegetarian and vegan options. Just wish it had more seats outside as it is a very small establishment. Still very much recommended.

Delicious Food, fair prices for Munich and good variaty of burgers. The service is very good and the restaurant is small but cozy and very nice! We will sure come back again cause we enjoyed it a lot!
